1. Returns and Exchanges

At Official Barber Supply, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with returns and exchanges. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and how to proceed.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused, and original condition.

  • The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support Team

Step 2: Provide the following information:

  • Your name and order number.

  • The reason for your return or exchange.

  • Clear photos of any defects or damage. 

Step 3: Return Authorization

  • Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return or exchange is approved.

  • Include the RA number on the return package.

Step 4: Package Your Return

  • Carefully pack the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.

  • Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email.

Step 5: Ship Your Return

  • Ship the package to the address provided with the RA number.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process it as follows:

Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will process it promptly and send you the replacement item. Shipping fees may apply.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, including change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 15 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may cover return shipping costs in this case.
